We are contrantly striving to improve our own internal processes and find innovative ways in which we can engage with our customers to reduce costs and add value to their interaction with us.
All partners must make a commitment to this core value before they can formally gain membership of EOSA.
Our executive set objectives relating to quality and review these annually in line with CSR, ISO regulations and the lastest legislation.
Because we operate throughout the whole of europe each partner is required to comply with their local quality standards in addition to any EOSA accreditation requirements.
