The Nordic Swan imposes strict standards that concentrate on emissions and discharges. ISO 19752 & ISO 19798 – the one and only standard to measure the printing performance of monochrome and color laser cartridges.

The reported failure rate is below 1% - comparable to most "original" products. In the unlikely event, that an aseries cartridge does not perform, a replacement will be provided free of charge and the failed cartridge will be taken away for valuations.
